Four product lines. One pipeline.
Everything Heartwork ships is built around the same idea — the pipeline is a system, not a shopping list. Pick the family, and we'll spec it to your project.

Dredge Rubber Hose
Steel-cord reinforced suction & delivery hoses for dredgers and slurry lines.
- ›DN 100 – DN 1200
- ›Pressure up to 2.5 MPa
- ›Flanged / Open ends

HDPE Dredge Pipe
Long-distance HDPE pipeline for shore and inland dredge lines.
- ›DN 200 – DN 1200
- ›PN 6 – PN 16
- ›Butt-fusion, flanged, quick-couple

HDPE Pipe Floater
Modular bolt-on floats keeping pipelines riding on the surface — even in open sea.
- ›For DN 200 – DN 1200 pipe
- ›Rotomoulded HDPE shell
- ›PU foam or air core

UHMWPE Wear Pipe
Ultra-high molecular weight PE with up to 8× the wear life of carbon steel.
- ›DN 50 – DN 800
- ›Molecular weight ≥ 5 × 10⁶
- ›Slurry & tailings service
Not sure which one fits your job?
Match your scenario to a starting recommendation — then let our engineers refine the exact spec.
I need a floating discharge line across open water
PE100 pipe with modular floats gives a repairable, salt-safe train that survives waves.
I'm running abrasive iron/copper tailings
UHMWPE lasts up to 8× steel; use rubber where flexibility around bends matters.
Suction line straight off the dredger
Steel-cord reinforced NBR handles vacuum + slurry with the flex you need at the ladder.
Buried inland main for slurry transport
Chemical-resistant, corrosion-free, and butt-fused into leak-proof km-scale runs.
The questions buyers ask us most
Rubber hose is flexible — ideal for the dredger side, tight bends, and dynamic sections. HDPE pipe is rigid and long-distance — ideal for shore lines and floating trains. Most projects use both: rubber at the pump, HDPE across distance.
Our standard HDPE dredge pipe is industrial-grade PE100. On request we supply potable-water certified PE100 (WRAS / NSF61 equivalent) with matching mill certificates.
Yes. We regularly consolidate mixed DN sizes, rubber + HDPE + floaters into one 40'HQ or open-top container. The engineering desk builds a loading plan to maximise volume.
Yes. Custom colours, printed branding, and specialty compounds are available for distributors and EPC clients. Minimum order quantities apply per product line.
Send us your flow rate (m³/h), pumping distance, and pump curve — the engineering desk will size the pipeline and return a stamped drawing with the quote.
Yes. Every strategic project ships with a documented spec sheet; re-orders reference the same batch parameters. We stock common flange, gasket and floater kits for rapid dispatch.
