DN200–DN1600 PE100 pipe extrusion with inline wall gauging and cooling baths.

How we build, answered

Yes. Hydrostatic, adhesion and burst tests can be scheduled for client or third-party witness (SGS / BV / TÜV). We coordinate the visit and provide safety induction on arrival.

Absolutely. For unusual media (aggressive slurries, high temperatures, food-grade requirements) our engineering desk co-develops the rubber compound or HDPE grade with our raw material suppliers.

Every batch carries a lot code linking back to raw material certificates, mixer records, cure logs and QC results. That paperwork ships with the goods.

Photograph and log the lot number. Our QC team reviews within 48 hours; qualifying warranty claims are replaced from stock and re-shipped at our cost.

Yes. Open-top and flat-rack loading for oversize DN, bagged floaters for LCL, and IPPC-treated pallets for regulated destinations are all standard options.
