Standard rubber hose ships in 25–35 days from PO; HDPE pipe and floaters in 20–30 days. Complex custom builds (jumbo diameter, special compounds) run 45–60 days. Expedited slots are available with prior booking.
Yes. Our engineering desk sizes hose ID, wall thickness, floater buoyancy, anchor spacing and jointing based on your pumping curve and site data. You receive a stamped drawing set with the quote.
Every batch carries mill certificates: hydrostatic test, wall gauging, ply adhesion, and buoyancy check. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) is available on request and can be witnessed at the factory.
Both. Standard DN diameters ship in 40'HQ containers; oversize sections load on open-top or flat-rack. We handle FOB Qingdao / Shanghai / Ningbo and can arrange door-to-port logistics.
For strategic projects we send experienced field engineers to supervise butt-fusion, floater installation, and commissioning. Travel plus per-diem terms are quoted separately.
